About this painting
Women across the globe — Asia to Europe, the Americas to Africa — face the glass ceiling in some form or another. They want to fly with their dreams. Culture, religion, family, society, other people, guilt: all of it weighs them down.
Thirty years inside organisations gave me a great deal of material for this one.
