About this painting
Nature Laced explores the symbiotic relationship between humanity and nature — and specifically the obliviousness of Homo sapiens to their own intrinsic connection with it.
The work asks the viewer to recognise nature's hand in defining who we are, and argues for conscientious care and reverence rather than management.
